Finding data isn’t the only thing you can do on the new Profile Dashboard. You can also add details and make that information immediately available to the rest of your team.
Let’s take a look at an example.
Profile Dashboard functionality will feel familiar to folks already used to working with the Case Dashboard. You can apply multiple filters and sort columns to find relevant data. Need a refresher on filtering? The Enhanced Dashboard Filters article is a great primer.
If you discover a Subject has custody of a crypto wallet, simply add the address to the Profile, and it becomes available in active or future cases. You can easily do the same with Bank Accounts, Payment Cards, and Devices.
